OUR PROCESS

1 ➤ You pay an initial deposit of 40% at checkout. The remainder is due when the project is complete.

2 ➤ We’ll send over a contract in which you will sign and return to us. Our contracts are simple! No surprises, we promise. If the contract doesn’t isn’t signed and returned to us within 7 days, your deposit will be refunded and we will not proceed with the project.

3 ➤ We’ll send you instructions on how to set up your own domain name and subscription to a web host if you don’t have those already. You’ll provide us with access to your WordPress account and Web Host (if necessary).

4 ➤ A Google Drive folder will be provided to you to submit any relevant text or graphics you want on the pages. If you don’t send graphics, we’ll choose stock photos for you.

5 ➤ We’ll begin the web design project. The project will take 5 – 7 days to complete.

OUR REFUND POLICY

If you wish to back out of the web design project after we begin, we’ll reverse everything we’ve done and you will lose your initial deposit to cover our time spent on the project.
